So, super exciting news! today was the opening of the Japanese Arabian Ramadan tent! when i first arrived I saw the entrance door they had installed for guests to enter the "tent", and through the translucent door i would see the fairy lights and a mere shadow of the Bonsai plants. As soon as i entered I was absolutely mesmerized by the presence of the fairy lights and how much of a beautiful ambiance they created!
In addition to the big bonsai trees that were placed in the corners of the space, there were bonsai trees on trays on every dinning table, accompanied by graceful candle lights. Together, they resulted in a simplistic yet elegant dining experience designed by SVEN|M
It is definitely not a Japanese restaurant without some Japanese music! beautiful melodies were played by a musician on a stool towards the middle of the space that kept the space in a state of deep serenity and calmness, just the perfect atmosphere to break your fast!
The interior is emphasised with a "japanised" arabic font, that spells ا لخيمة الرمضانية , Ramadan tent in black with the alphabets' dots in red on a white background, while the rest of the walls had a calm bluish grey tone to them.
It was a beautiful night and many families joined as well as friends. Can't wait to see all of you there!
